روابط عمومی بودن یا روابط عمومی کردن
اگر در بین روابط عمومی های کشور گشتی بزنیم و بخواهیم ساختار، شرایط ونحوه عملکرد آنان را مورد بررسی قرار بدهیم در خواهیم یافت ،اکثر کسانی که در عرصه روابط عمومی قدم گذاشته اند و یا اینکه عهدار مسولیت روابط عمومی ها شده اند و در میدان خطیرارتباطات و اطلاع رسانی گام نهاده اند قبل از آنکه بخواهند کار روابط عمومی انجام دهند و با درک صحیح از فلسفه وجودی روابط عمومی واقع بینانه در این عرصه عمل نمایند، یبشتر نقش روابط عمومی را بازی کرده اند و دراین صحنه ارتباطی با اتکاء به رنگ و لعاب مصنوعی بجای هنر آفرینی ،نقش آفرینی کرده اند و شاید دراین گذر عده ای به ظاهرموفق شده اند و توانسته اند نام و نانی کسب کنند ،ولی قدر مسلم آن است که این شرایط دوام نیافته و در مقابل شعور اجتماعی و عقل جمعی این موضوع به مرور کم رنگ گردیده است و در واقع افکار عمومی آگاه به نقد و بررسی این نهاد اجتماعی مدعی پرداخته است وشاید دیری نپاید که نتایج حاصله عاملی باشد تا افکار عمومی در مقابل این رسانه ارتباط جمعی موضع گیری نماید ،ضمن آنکه باید به این مطلب اشاره کرد همان گونه که پس از گذشت چند سال روابط عمومی در بین مدیران سطح عالی و میانی نتوانسته است از جایگاه مطلوب و مناسب برخوردار گرددو علیرغم شعار گرائی نتوانسته است از جایگاه اصلی و حقیقی برخوردار گردد ،متاسفانه این موضوع دربین عموم مردم نیز سرایت کرده است و در این میان روابط عمو می نتوانسته است برای خود جایگاهی باز کند و حتی مقبول طبع مخاطبان خاص قرا ر گیرد و برای خود وضعیت مناسبی را مهیا کند، و شاید این عدم توفیق ریشه در آن دارد که روابط عمومی ها بجای روابط عمومی کردن ،ازوظیفه و رسالت اصلی خود دور شدند و سعی کردند تنها نقش روابط عمومی را بازی کنندوتنها روابط عمومی شکلی باشند و در واقع این نقش تصنعی موجب شد تا برای دوام و بقاء گاهی از صداقت دور شوند و این دوری طبعا انفکاک و جدائی مردم را از روابط عمومی با خود به همراه داشت و عملا یک روابط عمومی می توانست تنها روابط عمومی سازمان خود باشند و بس
